GamesPad co-founders Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan held another internal AMA on the Official GamesPad Telegram chat to update their community on all the exciting news, upcoming plans, development progress, new partnerships, team expansion, and more. Let us welcome our co-founders, Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan, who are here to give exciting updates and answer your questions later.

Hi Everyone, I hope you’re having a great day!
Eran Elhanani:
Hi everyone, it’s been a while, so we’re happy to be here. So much to update!
So, first of all, I wanted to mention we have grown the team substantially and added 2 top professionals to the team to head our gaming and Metaverse development. Both have long track records and experience, and they also come from the top gaming studios. They will bring us a lot of value and are doing it already, even though they just joined us last week.
Constantin Kogan:
We also hired a corporate finance officer, a crypto accountant, and a compliance specialist. In addition, we have a new moderator for the Indian community and are excited to grow our presence in this region.
Eran Elhanani:
Secondly, I wanted to acknowledge that we have finalized the acquisition of 2 small studios with 10-12 team members each. One is focused on gaming and the other on 3D/VR (so metaverse related), and we’re in the process of a few more! Our team size with the completion of these two and another we’re finalizing next week will be around 110 people!!! Very few projects in the space are of this caliber, and we continue to grow!
Constantin Kogan:
We’re working hard to restructure processes and ensure our efficiency will only increase.
Eran Elhanani:
Third, our marketplace is also expanding! We have added multiple chains support to launch collections and NFTs from different chains, and we will soon start launching collections there.
Constantin Kogan:
We are revamping our NFT marketplace, which will allow us to offer GamesPad NFTs and expand to some exclusive, top-tier NFT offerings on the marketplace. We also plan to provide a new way to get users with us in GamesPad in the marketplace.
Eran Elhanani:
Fourth, we have added another feature to increase the token use case of Lottery using $GMPD tokens only. So people will bid on specific NFTs in the marketplace once every week or two only with $GMPD tokens, and a portion of those tokens will be locked in the treasury while the other portion will be burnt.
Constantin Kogan:
In addition, we are already in talks to have some exclusive collections no other marketplace would have!
Eran Elhanani:
Fifth, as you might be aware, we released all tokens to all investors at once to finish with future distributions and dumps. We released around 36M tokens altogether. So hopefully, now we can start to grow organically.
Sixth, we have been doing buybacks consistently during these dumps and already bought back over 5M tokens of GMPD! We will continue doing opportunistic buybacks as needed. A portion of those tokens will be burnt. More info will be shared in the following week.
Seventh, we have started working with studios on new games, continuing development of our metaverse and land sales… all info will come in due time! We will have some big announcements coming in the following weeks.
We just wanted to show you we’re here! We’re busy developing, expanding, improving, and making things happen. You might not see it in token price, but all in due time… Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Oh, and let’s not forget we’re lining up great projects to launch on our Launchpad!
Constantin Kogan:
We’re excited to announce that we finally set a partnership with CryptoRank.io, one of the top market analytics platforms, and GamesPad will be listed among other launchpads there. Over the past year, it has become pretty challenging for young launchpads to get to this ranking even if they have high returns. But we did it! Stay tuned to see GamesPad among the best IDO platforms there!
Soon we will release a unique Metaverse industry report that will help us increase brand awareness and build a reputation as a Metaverse-oriented company which is strategically important for us as we’re actively working on our own Metaverse development.
We’re excited to share that top experts supported us and contributed to this research paper.
Part of our strategy is to help projects which aren’t fully ready to launch. So if you know a project looking for incubation and focus on gaming, NFT, or Metaverse, don’t hesitate to reach out to our admin with suggestions or simply fill out the form.

Glad to see the progress of the project. Maybe this is a key question, how to solve the problem of NFT and $GMPD? The original idea is to stabilize the price through NFT, but the bear market comes, and the high price of NFT makes $GMPD useless because you have to own NFT. If you increase the functionality of $GMPD, then NFT is useless. Is it necessary to cancel NFT, convert NFT to $GMPD, and lock? We need new people to join.
Shark:
When it comes to the lottery system, do you have some idea, maybe a month or two?
Eran Elhanani:
Nope, in 1-2 weeks. Marketing will start this week, but functionality is already working so soon.
Ram-Z:
Thanks for sharing all these achievements/plans. I think the future is inspiring for GamesPad. I guess my question is also about selling more of the GamesPad NFTs. Is NFT staking still planned, or is it on the back burner? I can see NFT staking as being attractive for people looking for a passive income stream in between deals, but it may be that the team is keen to avoid further token inflation at this stage.
Eran Elhanani:
Good question. We are reviewing it. We are adding use cases to NFTs to justify their cost, as mentioned in the past.
Constantin Kogan:
Yes, we’re still considering NFT staking for sure. We just need to prioritize the roadmap; hence this functionality is planned for later.
Robin:
I would love to hear more about NFT utility in the future.
Eran Elhanani:
We already mentioned incorporating it in our Metaverse and getting land in it based on your NFT level.
Shark:
Thanks for replying. You have such a nice team. Looked at the roadmap; it’s amazing!
Eran Elhanani:
The roadmap will be updated. We are developing a lot more than originally planned. We had a grand vision when we started, but those just increased, and with these acquisitions we’re doing, the sky is the limit.
gogobee:
The function of NFT must be carefully considered because NFT is a restricted entrance, the Metaverse needs more players, and the threshold should not be set too high.
Eran Elhanani:
NFT won’t be required to access Metaverse. But land ownership costs money. NFT owners will be given some of those lands as a reward for their investment in the platform and our ecosystem. There will also be airdrops in future games and projects we create or incubate.
Ram-Z:
There are quite a few metaverse projects around right now. However, I suspect that the ones most likely to succeed are those that provide a platform that others can build on in addition to native game/app building. Is this the sort of vision that GamesPad has?

Yes and no. As mentioned above, we have a grand vision. We know there are competitors, but just like with Launchpad, we don’t really care about competition and focus on our own vision and believe we will be a top 5 metaverse just like with Launchpad. We have gathered a huge team with lots of experience, talent, and connections. I’m confident we will do well.
Eran Elhanani:
Not all are happy, but we make sure to explain to them that if they don’t believe in themselves long term, then why should our community and us?
Eran Elhanani:
Yep, we don’t do things mediocre or just to get it done. Most projects have been cutting size and reducing development. However, we continue to grow and expand. We’re committed to the long run and want to become top players in the future.
