– Track, analyze and communicate industry trends
– Create innovative and strategic programs that ladder up to company goals
– The goal is for the Business Development Manager to expand upon ownership of the sales process.
– Work across traditional “web2” channels (e.g. cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and “web3” channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc) to reach prospects.
– Qualify inbound lead flow from the website, investor network, partners and customers, etc.
– Understand and identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape.

– Identifying new projects with high potential at early stages.

– Guiding the projects through the program/incubation and constantly improving the processes and connections.

– Helping launch the projects to the public.

– Creating brand awareness to the incubation arm 

⚡Requirements:

– 2-3 years of experience in an incubator/accelerator and in the crypto startup space.

– Connections in the space with potential investors and mentors.

– Ability to lead and to build processes.
